By creating an account or using any part of the OnePropFirm platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

OnePropFirm is an informational comparison platform for futures proprietary trading firms. The Service provides:

• Side-by-side comparisons of futures prop firm plans, rules, and pricing
• Filtering and sorting tools based on account size, stage, and other criteria
• Individual firm detail pages with rule breakdowns
• Educational glossary and resources about futures prop trading
• User reviews and community feedback (moderated)

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Submit honest and genuine reviews and feedback
• Use the Service for lawful purposes only

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written permission
• Submit fake reviews or manipulate comparison data
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

The OnePropFirm platform, including its design, layout, aggregated data presentations, logos, and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission.

Prop firm data displayed on our platform is sourced from publicly available information. Individual firm names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. OnePropFirm is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any prop trading firm listed on the platform.

User-submitted content (reviews, feedback) remains your property, but you grant OnePropFirm a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use such content on the platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEPROPFIRM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits or revenue from trading activities
• Financial losses resulting from prop firm selection
• Damages arising from data inaccuracies or delays
• Loss of data or business interruption

Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to OnePropFirm in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users via email.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.
